Born and raised in Kingston, Marjorie brings a true insider’s perspective to the local real estate market. After graduating from Western University, she spent nearly a decade living in the Caribbean and the United States before returning home to join her mother in real estate in 2005. Over the years, Marjorie has lived in many of Kingston’s unique neighbourhoods, giving her a wealth of firsthand knowledge to share with clients. Known for her friendly, generous, and outgoing nature, she blends professionalism with a warm, approachable style—making every client feel at ease during the buying or selling process.

Grace Whiteside

Sales Representative

A Kingston native and McGill University graduate, Grace began her career in financial services before making the move to real estate in 2023. Her background in finance gives her a sharp understanding of the numbers behind the deal, while her love for exploring Kingston’s neighbourhoods and dining at local restaurants keeps her connected to the heart of the community.
